“While it might seem a little odd to stay above a medi spa in an office type building the space was lovely. Very clean. Big spacious rooms with beautiful bathrooms. A small common area that we could watch tv and hang out. Everyone we encountered was very nice.”

“First, Christina and Emilio are excellent hosts. So nice! And there are lots of little touches that make staying nicer. Such as bandaids in the bathroom when I cut my arm and k-cups for morning coffee. Great communication and very friendly. The neighborhood is great and I felt completely safe. We had a friend come pick us up for dinner and he was so impressed with the neighborhood we chose, having lived in DC for a bit and knowing the area. “Roomy and comfortable carriage house tucked away in a beautiful DC neighborhood. The house is fully renovated, and in an ideal location for visiting other NW neighborhoods and destinations. “The listing looked nice and great for the price, so I booked my trip 2 months in advance. The host messages me THE NIGHT BEFORE my stay and cancels on me, saying there was a glitch and they had actually booked the place months ago to another group and were forced to cancel. I got a full refund but that is ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere because the host is unreliable.”

“We stay in Arlington a few weekends a year with our pup. This property was perfect. Owner was super responsive in answering any questions. We had a small issue with not knowing which unit it was because it's not clearly stated on the property address in the listing, but owner got back quickly with the info when we reached out.Quite possibly the cleanest rental home I've ever stayed in! Tastefully decorated, very nice touch of a selection of drinks in the fridge, some snacks and Nespresso pods.……

“The property is modern and has all new appliance updated bathrooms and very comfy Beds. It is great for family/group gathering with a open floor plan. The owners have planned it well to accommodate large group and yes you can walk to nearby restaurants / bars, grocery and shops. Would definitely consider it for future stays. ”

“There was 4 adults that needed a place to stay for the sheep and wool festival, and this gem was about 16 miles away.. The condo has all the amenities needed , 2 queen beds and a King size bed, which is rare! The entire place was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful balcony to sit outside and relax. You are close to places to eat and there is a Giant food store, target and other stores nearby! The host was amazing! I left my cold tumbler there, and he sent it back to me!! The whole booking……

“Spacious and clean in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Yard space right outside the door for our dog and a nearby walking trail. I read a previous review that there isn’t temperature control in this unit but with the space heater provided and the extra blankets I brought it was fine. There is also a ceiling fan if you need it to be a little cooler. The host responded quickly with any questions. ”

“We needed a place close to Kensington as we were cleaning out my brother's place. It was 8 minutes away! It was the comfort and space we needed to decompress after long days of sorting, packing, and moving. The beds were comfy, the appliances were new and in working order, and the furniture was comfy. Plenty of space for everyone to eat, sleep and hang around together.”
