“The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received……

“Check in was very easy and the host was inviting and kind but I ended up leaving the property due to it being a shared space rental, but that’s the only reason. If you don’t mind the shared space this is a great place with very kind people. ”

“It's was great. We visited family in the area. And had our family Christmas together at this place. We played ping pong and pool when we where there. Great location for dogs. Plenty of space to run and play. The house was great as well. Plenty of space for everyone.”

“This place accommodated my 5 siblings and their families beautifully! Lots of space for everyone to spread out in without feeling on top of each other. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on the top level were perfect for the adults. The bottom level was amazing and perfect for the 2 year old. Was able to take hjs naps/bedtime routine without being disturbed,or for that matter wake up the rest of the house. Large well equipped kitchen,plenty of space in the dining room to have 16 of us sit down for meals.……

“The host was extremely accommodating by waving the early check in fee and sending out a maintenance person to fix the central heating system. ”

“We spent four nights in this cozy studio apartment and it was perfect! The owner was very responsive and a great communicator. The apartment was lovely and well appointed for our needs. The bathroom was so nice with double sinks, a very nice large tiled shower and the bed was comfortable. The outdoor deck was amazing and the yard was lovely. Overall a perfect stay for us.”

“Everything was just as advertised. The cleaner had overlooked something and Etienne was there within minutes to fix it. Such wonderful attention and service. I highly recommend.”

“Great apartment. Very nicely set up and clean. Supplies of coffee and other disposables were great. Ice to have driveway parking. Would totally rent again. Only minor drawback was the sound from the upstairs people ( older house can’t totally control).”

“We have a large-ish group on a family vacation. We had two kids who comfortably had their own rooms. The location is the best part! It is an older house so in the winter the heat/cold varied across the bedrooms as is pretty usual in the houses in the area but overall it was easily managed! Great communication with the host and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! ”
