“When I checked in this hotel, I had to wait for a long time. The front desk was new and unskilled. But the most terrible thing is that there are cockroaches in the room, very huge cockroaches. I took many photos, and I didn't dare to sleep all night. Not only that, the sheets were stained when I checked in. It was disgusting. Hilton was chosen in the hope that brand supervision would at least be reassuring in terms of hygiene. I'm so disappointed with this stay”
