“I booked a room for three adults. When we got to our room, it was for only two people. We called and they switched our room right away. They even brought us the key to the new room. I thought that was excellent customer service. We received bottle water as a welcome gift which was a nice touch to me. We slept too late for breakfast, but it is offered from 6 am to 9 pm which is always a plus if like to get up early. We appreciated the staff and this property is a great place to stay when……

“The only qualm i have is the the beds are uncomfortable. We stay at Drury Hotels and their beds are comfortable. Maybe do a little recon and see what mattresses they use.”
