“The mattress really needs a replacement ”

“There were biscuit crumbs all over the desk and on the floor when we arrived in the room. Bed sheets and pillow cases were not changed everyday. Housekeeping comes at random times of the day (sometimes early morning and afternoon), so sometimes there are days where the room is not cleaned. Convenient location and free parking is good. ”

“The property was very nice. Soon as you entered the Hotel it smelled clean. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Just didnt like the fact that you have to pay to park at a hotel where you are paying to stay.”

“The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. “The facility is nice, the room is well equipped with basically a full kitchen including a stove top. So that would be helpful for longer stays. Check in was a little bit difficult because the second person staying in the room had to wait in the lobby for 13 hours until the primary person's plane landed.. Even though this was explained in advance, they were still made to sit in a chair for 13 hours. But the hotel is very recommended and hopefully my one little experience is not commonplace.”
