“We loved our stay here. It is right on King Street. It is about a 15 minute walk from the Amtrak station. We entered the building with a code and used the same one for our room. The room was big. There is a kitchen with a table for two. There is a dishwasher, sink, fridge, microwave and stove. There is also a sink. The bathroom is the latest style and a heated floor. Our bed was comfortable and looked out over the courtyard. ”

“We came to town to visit our daughter who lives in Old Town and it was perfect. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting . I would only suggest to reach out to the owner on day 1 or 2 about additional towels and washcloths as they are readily available but you will need to know about the basement laundry. Excellent property and will visit again in the future.”

“House has a nice layout, and cool temp despite very hot days. Parked 2 cars in back & walked everywhere. Stocked with coffee and cream, but also a nice coffee/breakfast shop right down the street. Great value & very comfortable for our group of 5 adults.”

“We had a girls weekend and was extremely happy with our accommodations. Rooms were spacious and clean! Beds were comfortable. There are so many excellent options for meal, shopping and historical landmarks, tours, waterfront, all within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking garage is on duke street under the hotel. Even though it maybe full let the attendant know that you are a guest of the hotel. There is space for you. The only downside was the amenity fees at……
