“The house was huge accommodated all our 12 members nicely. All newly renovated areas look good. The check in and checkout was easy and they even provided us an extended checkout time. Lot of space in common areas especially useful with kids, nicely renovated kitchen and comfortable beds. Close to dc and zoo.”

“The location was very convenient for us and the accommodations were nice. It would have been helpful if the listing noted that to access some of the bedrooms requires going down some fairly steep steps for those who may have mobility challenges.”

“We visited in late May for a short family reunion of adults at this lovely historic home. Plenty of room for the 7 of us to sleep comfortably and gather in the living room or breakfast table & dining room. Easy walk to the downtown shops and restaurants and short drive to hiking areas or wineries. The home was appointed generously in regards to staples. Britt was incredibly responsive. The immediate grounds are landscaped wonderfully.I would comment that the exterior areas of patio or front……

“Great stay and location. Jill is an excellent host. We requested to add an additional day and early check in and she was super accommodating. Only con would be the pump in the basement. We were there during torrential rains and the pump was somewhat noisy. ”

“Our stay was good and host was very responsive. The home was well stocked and clean. The only issue was the 6th bed location. The listing states there are 6 beds, all in bedrooms, but the 6th bed is actually a pull-out couch in the living area, so 1 person in our group had to sleep in a common area, which was not expected when the booking was made. Bedroom 4 is in the basement, with 2 queen beds and no bathroom access on the same floor, and with the closest bathroom being a half bath on the main……

“The house had enough rooms and bathrooms for 15 people so it was great benefit for us since it saved us lot of time in the morning and we could get out before time for activities. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils. The property manager responded really quick with any queries we had.”

“We are members of a non-profit board of directors who traveled to the area for a national conference. This home afforded us the opportunity to relax in a comfortable environment, team without interruptions, and have a comfortable, quiet place to sleep.The home was clean and as advertised. The host was responsive and accommodating. We hope to use this space again when we return for the same conference next year.”

“We loved everything about our stay. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. When we arrived, we were met and given instructions and even helped us with our luggage. Loved having coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was very nice but a little disappointed they closed early around 7 PM There is a publix just down the road and a lot of great restaurants nearby. Having laundry on every floor was nice as well. I will definitely be back. this was really a perfect……
