“We had an excellent one night stay on our quick visit for a wedding. The wedding was on a Friday at 5pm. Typical check-in is 3pm. We needed extra time to arrive, change, and navigate through rush hour traffic. The host graciously accommodated our early arrival. The home was beautiful, spacious, and was perfect for our party of 5. ”

We used public transit from the airport to the house, traveling to the national mall every day to visit smithsonian museums and national monuments. We chose this place because it has so many bathrooms, plenty of space, and it's right next to the bus stop-- and it's gorgeous! It was immaculate. The beds were comfy, the kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and safeway was only a mile……

“We had a wonderful stay. Place was comfortable and clean. It was a vlose walk to bus station to metro station to take red line into dc. They responded quickly to any messages I sent. I was very pleased.”

“Modern, very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient access to restaurants, grocery, Metro station. Small, thoughtful amenities made our family's stay even more special. Snacks left for our arrival, board games, books across all genres and for all ages were made available. Would definitely stay again.”

This home afforded us the opportunity to relax in a comfortable environment, team without interruptions, and have a comfortable, quiet place to sleep.The home was clean and as advertised. “Emilie is a great host, her warm communication and responsiveness were greatly appreciated! We stayed for a weekend in April for a family birthday in the area. The unit was very clean and spacious, we had plenty of room for our family with children as well as 2 extended family members to stay with us. The location is great, close to all kinds of grocery stores and restaurants. It also is a short drive from the Metro station, we took the family for a fun day at the museums and monuments in DC……

“The property is modern and has all new appliance updated bathrooms and very comfy Beds. It is great for family/group gathering with a open floor plan. The owners have planned it well to accommodate large group and yes you can walk to nearby restaurants / bars, grocery and shops. Would definitely consider it for future stays. ”

“We had a multi-generational family vacation at this property. The grandkids loved the pool. We had several questions and the owner was prompt to respond and address an issue or two (nothing major). We enjoyed our time at the house. It was a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to several restaurants, etc. We traveled into DC most days - and with traffic and construction - it was about 35-40 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. We enjoyed our vacation very much!”

“Great house and backyard and pool are even prettier in person. Host was super communicative. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night and that it wasn't as chilly at night, note the pool is not heated. Definitely recommend.”

“This house was in a beautiful neighborhood close to grocery stores and parks for our 2 year old son. The host took care of any questions and concerns we had in a manner. I would stay again with my family. ”

“First, Christina and Emilio are excellent hosts. So nice! And there are lots of little touches that make staying nicer. Such as bandaids in the bathroom when I cut my arm and k-cups for morning coffee. Great communication and very friendly. The neighborhood is great and I felt completely safe. We had a friend come pick us up for dinner and he was so impressed with the neighborhood we chose, having lived in DC for a bit and knowing the area. Thank You, Jesus, for that - we had no idea where to……

“Six of us stayed at the townhouse for a long weekend to attend a friend’s wedding. We enjoyed the game room, the big kitchen, sitting on the back deck while cooking on the grill and walking around the lake. The home had everything we needed!”
