Steve's place was true to the photos- lovely home in a convenient locale in a safe area, plenty of street parking, fast wifi, bath towels for guest use, several rooms. Steve was laid back and super helpful with answering my many questions. My group had a great weekend and enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend if you're in the area, would stay again! ”

“We came with a group of high school students. The house had a ton of room for a large group like ours. The host was very attentive if I had a need or question, it was answered immediately and very helpful. The house is beautiful, first class all the way, fresh, clean throughout. Our group will definitely book this again next year for our trip. This house is also very close to bud stop, fast food, and many other amenities. I give it a 10 of 10!”

“Place was clean and there was plenty of open space, outdoor area was also very nice and well kept.When we arrived there was a letter from the city/state citing codes the property was in violation of. The letter arrived the day before our stay.Also, there were several windows that either didn't have any blinds or curtains or what was there was broken which was unsettling as the properties surrounding are close and could easily see in (bathrooms and bedrooms). “The property is modern and has all new appliance updated bathrooms and very comfy Beds. It is great for family/group gathering with a open floor plan. The owners have planned it well to accommodate large group and yes you can walk to nearby restaurants / bars, grocery and shops. Would definitely consider it for future stays. ”
