“The apartment is well appointed and has parking spots very close to the apartment. We had no problem with sound except hearing a few footsteps from the upstairs apartment. The place itself is very comfortable and incredibly well organized with labels on most things. I’ve never experienced this in a rental property before but the host had drinks and snacks available. You didn’t need to worry about forgetting, washing stuff, shower stuff or toothbrushes etc, she had it all!! My nearly 4 year old……

“Beds are comfortable; convenient location; bathroom shower faucets need repair; kitchen , dining room and living room very nice; floors refinished; blinds in bedrooms and living room need repair; furnace door and closet need cleaning.; hosts are helpful and easy to communicate with. ”

“We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back……

“Nice place, close to Metro and great neighborhood with many restaurants and things to do. Too bad the pool and hot tub were closed down for the season it was still in the 80’s in mid October. Really, no complaints about our stay. Highly recommend!”

“I booked a week before I needed the place. I was unable to get any form of response from this host, and the phone number was disconnected. Beware of that when dealing with this host, as something might happen when they’re just dropping off the face of earth. This situation canceled the day I was supposed to check in, and cost me $150 extra as I took my money to a competitor.”

“This unit is managed by an offsite property manager who is basically non-responsive. Owners would not communicate at all. It took 1-2 days to hear from property manager about some significant problems - broken cable for internet connection that we figured out how to fix ourselves after two days with no connection, barely any water flowing from bathroom sink, no hot water in kitchen and shower, uncollected garbage that was strewn around parking area, and the list goes on. No items were fixed……

“First, the apartment is not remodeled, the lights in the kitchen and living room do not work, they had a lamp in the living room which we had to use for the kitchen, some outlets do not work either and they do not respect parking rights, the dishwasher and the toilet are clogged and do not They leave enough towels, they left three and we are 7 people. The walls look dirty and battered In.reality, what they ask for is not worth it.”

“My mom and I stayed here while we have a loved one in the hospital. The staff was very accommodating to us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. This is where we will plan on staying every time we come to visit! ”

Anisha, the property manager, explained the situation, provided a most satisfactory substitution and a generous refund which we received the next business day. She is a charming and efficient host and we look forward to renting from her again.”
