“I will definitely hope to stay here again when plans bring me back to the area. The place is well-located, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. There are a few things to know; there are steps to get to the unit, so it’s not ADA friendly. If you are a group of two or more, be aware there is only enough hot water for one shower; you’ll have to negotiate timing with your fellow travelers. Also, you have no control over the thermostat; I would have preferred to choose my own comfort level.……

“We had such a wonderful time at this gorgeous house! It was clean, comfortable, spacious and very relaxing. Our group had kids and adults of all ages and everyone had a fantastic time. “We were so happy with our stay. The location is outstanding and very close to the beltway and easy access to the metro and all that DC has to offer. The unit itself is in fantastic condition and it is clear that the owner has spent some money on upgrades. Communication the host was unbelievable and we’ll definitely be back. The only comment (not a criticism) is that there are quite a few steps from the parking area up to the unit, so it would not be ideal for those who have mobility issues. ”

"The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment."
