Tim had left a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake for us since he knew it was our anniversary, which was an incredibly thoughtful and kind gesture. The cottage was clean, cute and cozy and the location was incredibly convenient to wineries, breweries and downtown Middleburg. It was truly a staycation to remember!”

“We loved staying at Geneva and Peter’s Cottage! We stayed at the cottage for a conference in Washington, DC, and it was a perfect place to stay! The cabin was impeccably clean, and very well stocked with anything that you may need! We had plenty of clean towels and sheets for our stay. There is also a fully stocked kitchen, and the appliances are updated. The cabin is close to parking by the street, and safe with a lock on the door. Beware of that when dealing with this host, as something might happen when they’re just dropping off the face of earth.
