“Would recommend for short or long term stays”

“My wife and I stayed in the Noma balcony apartment for a long weekend. We really enjoyed our time. The apartment was bright and comfortable, and we loved the neighborhood. It was a nice touch that live tv was provided. I did not like the fact that Global Luxury Suites makes you sign all kinds of extra documents once you choose their location. I feel like if you are selling your spaces on VRBO, the VRBO reservation process alone should be enough. However, be aware that if you want to rent their……

“So close to all the DC things that we wanted to do. The gym was fantastic. Great place to stay. ”

“We stayed 8 days and found the apartment reasonable. Things we found that reflected poorly were "Motel 6" quality of furniture, lamp switches that were broken, blinds that didn't work correctly, cabinet handles sticking out right over the sink which made washing dishes awkward. We really did enjoy the location, safety features of the building, gym, and other amenities.”

“Our family of five truly enjoyed our stay here!! The location was wonderful and we loved the amenities in the building… The lounge on the seventh floor was absolutely amazing!! There was quite a bit of noise from the nearby train, and the beds also were loud and the pull-out bed could have been more comfortable, but we were overall very pleased with the accommodations and would definitely stay here again!”

“The property was great. Four adults and plenty of room to spread out. Great location, close to Metro and bus routes. A couple of ideas for improvement... Tea towels for kitchen, a small supply of cleaning disinfectants would have made me feel better about leaving the apartment better than i found it. A larger coffee pot would help.”

“Everything was excellent except the washer/dryer combo was not good. It took forever to dry anything. Also, there was no can opener. We were able to barrow one from the folks next door. Otherwise, the location and place was amazing. ”

“everything was fine. This is the second time we’ve used this property. The only issue with the apartment, was that the water pressure was so horrible, it was almost impossible to shower and wash your hair. Everything else was super.”

“We had a group of adults attending a convention in Washington DC. The property was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would help would be more chairs for the table. It was HOT and HUMID while we were there as well. I know there were only window air conditioners….so maybe some oscillating fans would have been beneficial as well. Dr. Koura did stop by and this woman was amazing. So kind….so understanding. Thank you Dr. Koura for allowing to stay at your house. It was an honor.”

“We enjoyed having space for our large family of ten. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen provided all amenities. The property was clean and easily accessible. Parking was simple and Alma provided a street pass for our 12 passenger van. ”
