“This property is amazing. Let me count the ways:1. Location!! You can’t do better whether you are in D.C. for business, at Georgetown for University based needs or at George Washington. Everything is located within walking distance. TONS of restaurants and retail right outside the door, yet just off the busy streets enough to be so peaceful and quiet.2. “It's a nice place for a big group to crash for a few days. Very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, and pots/pans -- everything we needed. Adequate number of bathrooms for everyone. Short drives to many nice places and to the metro station. Check-out is very simple and appreciated. Owner was always available and proactive on making sure our stay was comfortable. A few no-big-deal oddities: Decaf was the only Keurig coffee option. Garbage disposal failed. No shampoo (but……

“Great place to stay while visiting the Arlington/DC area. Stayed for 3 nights with a group of 4 adults. House had everything we needed and more. House was very clean and the rental process was seamless. Great experience and highly recommended. ”

“This house was the perfect house for our visit to the DC area to have a memorial for my mother. We were an extended family group whose ages ranged from 95 to 25 with one toddler. After visiting Arlington National Cemetery we were able to have a home cooked family dinner at the rather impressive large table with all of my Mom's favorite foods as well as presenting a slideshow on one of the large flat panel TVs. There was plenty of space in the house for everyone to have their own rooms as well……
