“This little cottage was a perfect space and great location for our weeks visit. So comfortable, cozy and clean. Unique, boutiqes, shops and cafes just few minutes walk in historic downtown. We would definitely stay here again, as well as recommend to others.”

“I will definitely hope to stay here again when plans bring me back to the area. The place is well-located, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. There are a few things to know; there are steps to get to the unit, so it’s not ADA friendly. If you are a group of two or more, be aware there is only enough hot water for one shower; you’ll have to negotiate timing with your fellow travelers. Also, you have no control over the thermostat; I would have preferred to choose my own comfort level.……

“This was the perfect place for our family reunion - gathering family of all ages from across the country for 5 days! Kids (young & old!) LOVED the "movie theater room" and books/puzzles/toys along with other comfortable spaces to eat, visit and enjoy each other's company. The location allowed us to take advantage of the nearby air museum, local zoo, parks, grocery store/restaurants/ice cream shops just a few minutes away and also take the metro into DC to tour the National Mall and historic……

“Great location. We didn’t need a car and the bus stop was very close so we could move around the city easily. We didn’t mind the stairs and space was lovely. Host was fantastic and the communication was excellent. ”

“We were so happy with our stay. The location is outstanding and very close to the beltway and easy access to the metro and all that DC has to offer. The unit itself is in fantastic condition and it is clear that the owner has spent some money on upgrades. Communication the host was unbelievable and we’ll definitely be back. The only comment (not a criticism) is that there are quite a few steps from the parking area up to the unit, so it would not be ideal for those who have mobility issues. ”
