“Wonderful Staff, clean place! …the worst pillows on the planet. Everyone of the Fairfield Inns need to get better pillows. I still have a neck ache. ”

“Clean, nice staff, just a bit older of a facility with no frills. Beds are SUPER comfy IMO. No problem staying again. Go to dinner and shopping in nearby Hingham. It’s one of the most beautiful towns. ”

“Nice quiet location. Clean. Nice helpful staff. Interior could use some more colorful decor, wall coverings and more attractive carpeting, especially in hallways… But, overall I was satisfied with the place.”

“The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.”

“It was nice weekend l had wonderful time even though l was too busy and too tired to enjoy my stay. May be next time l will make time.”

“The room is cozy but too small, especially for the bath and shower room. The staff is nice and helpful.”

“Convenient location near a family function. Room was spotless. Bathroom great shower and lighting. Refrig in room helpful. Microwave in lobby but not used. Many options for food near University Ave and self parking in and out easy. Train station /Amtrak is adjacent to hotel. We are light sleepers but early risers. We stayed Sunday night departing Monday and yes we heard train at 6 am. if you were heading into Boston this location would be ideal. ”

“Staff was very friendly. Check in/out was fast and easy. Hotel was quiet and added security with door locking at night and unable to get in without keycard. ”
