“We stayed at this place based on the online listing. It was perfect for our stay this weekend. Yes, the stairs to the upper apartment is a little steep, but the place was immaculately clean and a nice surprise. The venue has character as one would expect in an older built, but everything worked as advertised, the owner was extremely responsive and pleasant, and we didn't have any complaints. "Hotel itself is nice. The room is also new and clean. Problem is the service. First hotel lost my luggage stored there and also could not find my parcel when I checked in. Housekeeping is v chaotic and not hygienic. "
