“Communicating with Frank/host was amazing...quick responses to your questions and concerns. Very accommodating when changes had to be made on my reservation. Inside of the home was very clean. The sleeping quarters were exceptional. Not that we rented the house just to sleep, however, all the guests spoke on the comfort of the mattress. Outside of the house was spacious and accommodating however, it could use a little cleaning (specifically the grills). The hot tub was immaculate. The family……

“Awesome host, they made the check-in process a breeze. The decor is amazing. It’s a cozy & peaceful place to stay. Wifi is great and has Roku TV. House was stocked with some drinks, coffee, and snacks. I would recommend bringing bath towels, however everything else you’d need was there. Also, when arriving you have to drive on short dirt road, having an SUV would be ideal for the location. Book it! ”

“This house is so cute and clean. Everything was as expected based on the listing and the house had everything we needed. The bed was really comfy too! The neighborhood is really nice for walking the dog and seeing tons of deer! Our only complaint was there needed to be more/working lights on the front porch because it was really dark at night.”

“We had a great time with another couple at this house! Great hiking and ponds and lakes are very close by. The house itself is cozy and with lots of natural light. It had what we needed and two huge perks were the hot tub and also having our dogs with us. Also the queen beds were very comfortable. Theodore was very responsive, warm and friendly! ”
