“Had a lovely few days with friends at the Kentucky Derby Guest House. Beds were comfy and location was good. Long porch was wonderful on a beautiful fall day! Being dog friendly is a plus and she loved it. Knowing what to expect and the price makes it a good plce ti return.makes ”

“This was exactly where I had hoped to stay in NuLu and could not have been happier with the accommodations. Plenty of room for 5 of us, comfortable furnishings and easy walk to Market St. I didn't realize there was a great outdoor space when I booked which we took advantage of in the morning with our coffee and some evenings for late night chats. Mindy was wonderful and Creighton was so responsive. Thank you to everyone and can't wait for our next KY trip!”
