“The condo was the perfect location and size for us during our stay. It was close to the university and the softball tournament we attended. Checking in was easy and the place was nice and clean. Communication with Catherine was great. I would definitely recommend this place.”

We of course loved visiting the state park and the head springs. We enjoyed making fires in the evenings in the large screened porch. The house was very clean upon arrival. ”

“We ventured up to Crystal River for the Manatees and to check the area out for for possible retirement. Neither happened. We both wound up with Covid and never made it past the adirondak chairs on the deck. But what a lovely place to be sick. Would 100% recommend.”

“Perfect place to stay especially if you have someone in the hospital. Very clean and welcoming. My only complaint is that there were no TVs in the bedrooms and for us we need one. I also wish we didn’t have to constantly ask the owner to lower the thermostat since we didn’t have control over it. Definitely understand if the cost of electricity is high. Maybe he could just put the temp on 70 when people check in that would be easier for everyone. Mr Lance was very kind and attentive to our text!”

“I recently stayed at this property and found it to be very clean with a beautiful screened porch that overlooked the river. This made for a very scenic view. The amenities made the stay pleasurable. It’s located not far from Dunellen making that town very accessible as well as several pints of interest. The only item that prevents me from giving this four stars was the internet service. It went down multiple times every night as well as during the day and was just unreliable. This is no……
