“The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! “Wow! We rented two of the Coop Diamonds properties during our team’s stay in Cooperstown. The space was and amenities were phenomenal! Mark & Debbie have thought everything, from pool noodles and beach towels, to a fully stocked, organized kitchen! I am not sure I have ever stayed in a rental this clean or well managed. The pool was nicely heated and the grounds are stunning. The distance from the park was perfect and the space was beyond adequate for multiple families to share! We had a truly……

“I felt I had an entire house to myself. Just beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and private. Morning scones were a treat. I just wasn’t sure which entrance to use. Loved the red poppies. I went home and preferred some for my garden. ”

“A lovely spot by Colgate and next to a reservoir! Saw loons and other wildlife. Had some issues with the cleanliness of the place upon arrival and had to go get some supplies that were not available. With some care and attention, this will be a lovely weekend getaway.”

It was easy to go to the house between games and the pool and amenities were great for our intergenerational group. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed here for my 12 year old son's Cooperstown Dreams baseball tournament. It was a great house! The bedroom downstairs was perfect for my 70 year old parents, and another large bed upstairs was perfect for us, and one more bedroom for the kids. The office was great, so I could work while I was there. Love that the owners renovated the house while maintaining authenticity, including the quirks, of the nearly 200 year old house. So perfect!”
