“Our family, including 3 children, had a relaxing stay at the farm house. The kids loved visiting with the horses, which you could see right from the kitchen window. The house was well organized to find everything you needed (kitchenware/bath supplies) to feel at home. It was a scenic 25 minute drive into Cooperstown to see the Baseball Hall of Fame, downtown shops, Fly Creek Cider Mill. 10 minutes from the house there’s a grocery store and restaurants. “The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few……
