“There were only 2 things I would like to address and they are minor. 1. Only 1 roll of TP and that was on holder and there was very little on it. I had to ask for TP. 2. Old coffee in the coffee pot and grounds still in the coffee pot. Other than that, great place. I plan on going back on a fairly regular basis.”

“ Clean room and conveniently located. Bathroom door needs to be removed and rehung properly. Almost impossible to open and close. ”

“Exceptional property, wonderful hosts. We needed a couple days to relax and recharge and picked a place fairly last minute and felt blessed to stumble upon something so perfect. Steven and Beth were incredibly kind and welcoming, and made their remarkably picturesque cottage a lovely private retreat. Highly recommend to anyone who could use a few days relaxing in the beauty of the southern Oregon coast.”

“We Loved our stay at the Riverfront Cottage! The cottage is right on the bank of the Winchuck River, just a 1/4 mile kayak from the beach. My family rented this location to be our home base as we explored the Jedediah State Redwood park during the days. We capped off every evening with a kayak down to the beach to watch the sunset. We explored the river further upstream as well - seeing fish, cranes, ducks, and so many other birds! My teenage kids adored our time on e river and in the hot……

“Very clean, fantastic views of the ocean and shore, great sunset viewing. Everything we needed and more in the unit. Kitchen is great, bathroom is small. Very comfortable for the small size of the unit. Very easy to get to town, beaches, etc. from this location. ”

“This is an adorable little house. It had everything we needed. We were visiting Jedediah Smith State Park to see the giant trees. That was an easy 30 minutes away, just perfect. The house was clean, cool (record temps during our visit), nicely furnished. We loved the fluffy towels and comfy bedding. Thanks for being a part of our trip!”
