“This was a nice little apartment for my short stay.Other than the stairs which I didn’t know about until just before I arrived, it was exactly as described. Clean and nicely decorated. When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com.
