“Jean is a great host, always available. The condo met our needs for a quiet and relaxing week and was a great value for the price. The community residents were all very friendly and accommodating. Our only disappointment was that there were no "real" gulf beaches in the area. We had to drive over an hour to get to a nice white sand beach.”

“We really had a great time at this nicely furnished condo on the water. The apartment was spacious and very well-equipped with super comfortable beds. We really enjoyed watching dolphins and manatee from the enormous balcony! The pool was large and never crowded, and the beach was a nice spot to play paddleball or sunbathe. Another plus is that there's a lot to do within an hour's car drive; we went to Honeymoon Island, Busch Gardens, Homosassa Springs State Park, Tarpon Springs, a spring……

“Great location ”

“The place is cute with gorgeous views (except you can see right in the neighbors living room from the balcony) the tenants were nice but almost all in their late 60s-80s. Not many families so our kids didn’t meet any other kids. Great fishing and can see dolphins on the bay. Inside needs a little work - dishwasher and kitchen sink leaked . Master toilet was wobbly and tub didn’t drain properly. And bathroom door didn’t latch - also a painting was poorly mounted near front door and would get hot……

“It's just as beautiful as the pictures and the view even more so! This is one of the best and cleanest condos I have ever stayed at. Communication was great. If there is something specific you need, I recommend that you ask before the trip and I'm sure Scott will do what he can to accommodate you. The views of the sunset from the balcony were incredible. I saw 3 dolphins swimming in the lagoon the first evening. Access to the lagoon is on floor 1 (the ground level is Parking). You can walk……
