“The house was clean, everything was organized, everything worked perfectly. The kayaks were all in good condition and provided us with incredible moments on the river!Our mini vacation was wonderful, we loved everything!”

“Very beautiful peaceful place. If you're not sure about this one, trust me it's THE one. Had fun fishing and feeding the turtles. We took the canoe out and went to the lake, saw a couple of otters playing and emu island was a very very nice surprise. The bed was super soft and everything felt inviting. The cottage is a really nice size with a lot of beautiful lighting. Even though it doesn't have a stove it literally has everything else that you would ever need, plus the larger refrigerator……

“Little rainy but cooled things off”

“The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future……

“This location is a fantastic place for a getaway. Have stayed there before and will definitely be going back again.”

“I spent two nights at Cypress Cottage, and it was exactly what I needed — calm, peaceful, and close to nature. Despite the 4th of July fireworks in the distance, the cottage offered a perfect retreat with only the soothing outdoor sounds. Special thanks to our host, Chris, for his warm hospitality, thoughtful touches, and for following up to check in and make sure everything was going well. His care and attention truly made the stay even more enjoyable. It was a lovely getaway, and my dog……

“Just the right size house for being on the river all day. Not alot to upkeep. You can park right at the canal. Perfect for unloading/loading our own kayaks. Pictures dont do it justice. Its definitely updated inside from the Pictures online.”

“We enjoyed relaxing, grilling and making s’mores in fire pit. Very quiet as well, we rested well.”

“Very clean & well stocked waterfront home, complete with manatees! Location was great for us to take a scalloping charter out of Homosassa, enjoyed dinner in Crystal River & tubing in Rainbow Springs. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again if we come back to the west coast of FL!”

“Adorable, comfortable, and decorated with all the cutest mermaid themes. The walls are very thin, so every sound transmits; the person on toilet could casually participate in the conversation happening in the living room and vice versa. This was no problem for our close knit group, but other travelers may prefer more sound proofing. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were plentiful and comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. The site manager……

“This fun little cottage is situated on a waterfront canal. There is a dock to enjoy all kinds of wildlife from. A small porch and comfortable back yard. All new appliances and whatever you might need for cooking. The owner is quick to respond to any needs. We will be back!!”
