“The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide.”

Close to many amenities including Brownwood Paddock Square, Sawgrass, Fenney, Publix, CVS, a great coffee shop, pickleball, bike and cart trails, golfing, music, restaurants, shopping and much more. It was like being on a vacation for a month! The house had everything we needed including a golf cart! It was clean, quiet, safe and so much fun! The owner was very responsive and incredibly helpful. “Great location. While Hurricane Milton modified our stay dates, communication with our host was excellent during the difficult time. Great amenities, very comfortable rooms and spaces for our family members. Would highly recommend for extended stay. Morning walks were wonderful.”

“Older property, hard to find, located near all of the activities at Saddlebrook Resort. Interior is okay with small kitchen, multiple combined bedrooms. Exterior was messy with falling debris from trees and no covered patio or screened porch. Michele was very helpful and attentive to our needs.”

“The house was clean and exactly what we needed for the seven of us. The location of the house was great because it was in the middle of all that Homosassa has to offer. The only issues that we found with the house were the garage door remote did not work, and the fridge lights flickered. However, these were only minor inconveniences and didn't detract from our stay.
