“Although the reception is not opened for 24 hours, the duty staffs were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the ferry terminal, it is still OK because Picton is safe even we needed to walk in the darkness between the terminal and the hotel. In addition, two supermarkets are not far away. I will choose this hotel again if I come back especially the room rate is reasonable. ”

“Loved the animal feeding tour and the art installations in unexpected places. Appreciated all the facilities available to guests, such as the trails, hammock and kayaks. The boats and gear would benefit from a bit more care.”

“The staff was amazing at this property. They were kind and helpful. They worked together well as a team and worked hard to truly make us feel welcome. The food was so good!!
