“Beatiful little cottage so close to lake Huron. We were able able to conoe, fish, and swim. Then after we sat around the fire by the cottage and had some great laughs. Very comfortable conditions on the inside. Highly recommend!!”

“Such a great property! My kiddo was in heaven with all the friendly animals (we were too)! And the house - is Amazing! So many beautiful areas to sit and visit - inside and out! The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing. Maurine was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful! The extra thought with the shampoo and conditioner, plenty of linens, condiments in the fridge (on top of a fully stocked kitchen!), the firewood. It felt like a family member had prepared ahead for us……

“I had a fun time here. The golf cart was nice. The beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was 104. And it was nice to have a fire at night. My kids liked the arcade table.”

“The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We loved that they had bikes, and lots of sand toys for the kids. There is 2 different beach accesses that we could go to, which was nice. Was a little warm in the loft, after a 90 degree day, because the single window A/C unit couldn’t keep up, but nothing a small fan couldn’t have helped with. And it was just fine the next night after 75 degree day. All in all, great place to stay! ”

“Property was amazing, although photos looked like you could walk directly down from the backyard to Lake Huron, which wasn’t the case. However, a short distance away there were stairs to get to the water. Accommodations can house a lot of guests but upstairs bedrooms get hot even with central air. Short drive into the town of Lexington & lost internet connection due to 4 th of July crowds. Outside property is expansive & was very quiet. Could use a thorough deep cleaning, windows, cobwebs……

“Our stay was great! The beach on the property has a lot of rocks, the doggos loved it! We headed down the road for a nice sandy beach for the little ones.Property has everything you need, surprisingly very clean for such an old house. We would definitely return.”

“Very much enjoyed our stay in this place! Its a cozy little 2bed, 1bath house that overlooks Lake Huron. The views are magnificent! There is access to a private beach just a short walk around the house. The house itself was very comfortable. It can sleep 8 people but since it has just a single bathroom, maybe perfect for a small family likes ours. The beds are very comfortable. The house is well equipped with lots of towels, beach towels, blankets, etc. I like to make my own meals, so was……

“The property was great for our little getaway, our dog loved going in the water. We didn't have great weather but Doreen had the porch covered with a clear tarp and had the outdoor heaters on when we got there so we were able to enjoy the view. It was a short drive to Lexington which was perfect. Definitely would stay again.”
