“We had an amazing stay. The neighborhood was very nice and the home was neat and clean and had the supplies we needed to stay the short time we were there management was very responsive and answered. All questions in a timely fashion. Only recommendation would be to check the sink water pressure in bathrooms. Other than that, we would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.”

“This is a very nice, comfortable, and clean home in a great location with probably the most thoughtful owners/hosts of the many rentals I have used. I appreciated the easy check-in (which was available early, by the way!), being able to use the garage, and not having a list of chores to do at check-out. One of the best places I have stayed.”

“We enjoyed our stay while visiting Texas Tech. Very spacious home with privacy for 2 couples to share. Short drive to campus with off street parking for 2 vehicles. Only complaint was that it was warm at night, however the host did provide fans for each of the bedrooms which helped. ”

“We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. Shelby was great at communicating prior to us arriving and then throughout the weekend when we needed to ask questions. The house is very cute and well laid out and we appreciated that the light switches and things were labeled so that we could find things without trial and error.
