“I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping were extremely friendly and I really appreciate how honest they all are. I had left my Apple Watch in my room when I checked out and didn’t realize it for at least an hour or so. I called and the sweet lady upfront immediately took my number and went to check the room. “Barsala provided a great apartment for rent for a few days at a good price. The process can be more stream-lined for the future. Their website had trouble using my phone's camera (even after granting permissions) to verify I was the person on my driver's license. I had to do the authentication process on my laptop with my webcam. They also use an app called Latch to provide access to the door lock. “Our family - 5 adults and 1 toddler - visits a new destination each year for a vacation. This particular destination is one of our top places we have stayed. The kitchen was spacious and was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. The appliances were clean and easy to use. Bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable.
