“We booked this place when we came here for the SouthStar festival. While the park was a 20 minute ride away, there was a lot of other amenities in this area that drew us to this property. Once you find the place you won’t have any problems getting back to it. We arrived late and it was hard to see the numbers on the buildings. The directions that were given can be a little confusing as they give a lot of left turns. While you do take a left off of Madison into the place and an immediate left……

This property was just as advertised…2 BR/2BA and had a balcony. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and would stay here again in the future. This property is about 5 miles from AAM and four blocks from major restaurants and attractions on University Dr. we’d stay here again in the future.”

“Overall stay was good. My husband and i needed a place to stay with our dogs for 1 night. The proximity to downtown was great which was very convenient. The house is an older duplex similar to an old shotgun house. Everything was clean and as photographed in the listing. Its just got the necessities. Bed was comfy. The kitchen was spacious and was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. The appliances were clean and easy to use. Bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable.
