“We very much enjoyed our stay in Kathy's cottage. The location was perfect, we could see the river right from the yard, and the property is within easy walking distance to restaurants, the shops, the riverside parks and the boat museum. The property is clean and nicely appointed. The furnishings were charming and we enjoyed the porch with the umbrella table. The kitchen is stocked with the necessary utensils, dishes and pots. “We had a 2 night stay at this property. The riverside deck is amazing. Overall it met our needs, but any longer would have been hard. First concern: Laundry. For 400 a night, there really should be an electric washer and electric dryer at this property. I say electric since the dryer listed on the comp is literally a wooden folding clothing rack in front of a heating vent- 😳😳 Second concern: The master bed is not level. This makes sleeping hard Third concern: Lighting is needed for the stairs……

“The place is practically new, inside and out. The kitchen is well furnished with all the cookwear, pots and pans, dishes and silverware anyone could possibly want or need, Parking is available for a truck and a boat, in fact there’s room for two such rigs in the driveway. Kevin is a gracious host and was over quickly to help get the TV working (we’re technically challenged). We’ll be back!!”

“This was an amazing first stay at Angel Rock. Our cottage was cozy and the perfect size for our ladies getaway. We had everything we needed. Amazing views for the living area and outside deck. Beds were comfortable, only downside was the bottom sheet and mattress pad come off fairly quick after getting into bed. Area was very quiet and relaxing. Look forward to future stays with Angel Rock. ”
