“The house has beautiful views and is very spacious. The host was very communicative and the place was a wonderful deal. The hot water has a very bad aroma, sulfur I believe, and it would be nice if it could be filtered in a way to remove the smell. The outside temps got up to about 80 and the loft area got very warm making it a little difficult for the guest who was up there to sleep. “We stayed here from Northern California for our Nephews wedding at Boldt Castle. The home was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, minus an iron and ironing board. But the fact that the family left nice little treats and coffee was a definite plus as was the shampoo,conditioner and body wash in the showers. “The large family room area was perfect for a large group! We spent hours together spread between the huge couch and very large family dining table for meals and games. The view of the river from there was perfect for watching large ships pass. Doug was both amenable and kind. ”

“Was a fantastic experience from the start. Communication was top notch, the house was extremely clean and organized and had a lot more things than I would expect to accommodate the time there. Property was close enough to anything you want to do but far enough that you could relax outside without hearing anything. Will stay here again without a doubt!!”

“We loved staying here! The home is beautiful, clean and updated. It is centrally located to many Thousand island towns, which we visited. We loved relaxing on the deck and the rocks for the waves, sunsets, and fishing. There was only one bad part having to leave! A grill, firepit and a raft would be bonuses. Mosquito zappers or citronella candles are much needed. ”
