“We had to reserve this home last minute due to the home that we reserved 3 months prior cancelling last minute. While I was annoyed at the circumstances initially I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful home,she has everything you could need for a wonderful stay near the beach! Convenient to the beach and a very quaint little area. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. If i ever stay in NJ again i would definitely come back! Be mindful there is parking for one car in front of the……

“My mom and I loved our stay here! The apartment was well equipped for our 5 night stay and the convenience of walking to the beach everyday was great. I’m especially glad that they allowed pets so I could bring my cat instead of figuring out other arrangements for her while I was away. The neighborhood was nice - clean and quiet - with lots of great places to eat nearby, some walkable and some a quick drive. It was a great little vacation and we’d both come back to this rental in the future!”

“This is the most disgusting place i have ever rented in my life. We couldn’t stay there. It’s not as advertised. The pictures are completely deceiving. The house smelled horrible- especially the upstairs. The refrigerator wasn’t properly cleaned when we got there. The owner only responded once we called VRBO and then was rude and lied to me. He told me it was my fault the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned because i asked to check into the house at 3pm instead of 4pm. But the lie is that we weren’t……

“Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.”
