“Good location, good home, good time!”

“My friends and I had another outstanding stay at Cody's VRBO property. Everything was so nice and clean, we so enjoyed the back porch for grilling steaks on Friday night and the fire pit was a great way to relax. Everyone bragged on how comfy the beds were and plenty of hot water to get ready for game day. The only thing, and this isn't anyone's fault, but there were several ant beds in the back yard and I got stung as one of them built a bed around my tailgate chair and got me when I tried……

“This was a clean cabin surrounded by trees with a great view of a pond. Short 15 minute drive into Oxford on beautiful roads. Felt like I was in Vermont in the fall. Enjoyed waking up to the views every morning. Nice wrap around porch with one section screened in. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. ”

“Our favorite place to stay in Water Valley! This home is always clean and comfortable. Perfectly located near downtown and has plenty of room to visit with family and friends. Bobby and Cheryl are wonderful hosts and very accommodating. Communication is top notch. Will definitely stay again!”
