“Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants and Magnolia. Beautiful decor. Comfy beds. Outdoor space very relaxing. We did hear music from the outdoor venue next door but with the sound machine (provided by the owner) we slept soundly. Would definitely come again! ”

I truly appreciated the parking spot—we parked in the lot on the corner, so we could see our car right out the window.The living space was wonderful, with modern appliances, a cozy vibe, a comfortable bed and pull-out bed, a double sink (always a winner), and a setup that made it easy to work remotely. “The property was just as listed. Easy walk to Magnolia silo area. Easy walk to many places in Waco. Our stay was Friday & Saturday evenings, we did need to use the sound machines. Live music and partying someplace nearby. Sound machines were sufficient to muffle. You are downtown and there will be noise. Don’t let that discourage your stay. Very convenient location. Excellent communication with host before and during stay.”
