“The home was not clean and had ants. It smells like smoke so much so that even my luggage smelled like smoke. The neighborhood is not great. Definitely not worth the price. When I brought the ants and the fact that the house was not cleaned to the manager’s attention …they did spray for ants and clean up. The manager was helpful but I would not stay here again. The smoke smell was awful.”

“We had a comfortable stay. The weather wasn’t ideal, but we still enjoyed. The beds were comfortable and although the kitchen space is tiny, it’s well equipped to make breakfast tacos or heat food up. The ladder to the bed is pretty steep, but fine during the day. It only made me nervous going to the bathroom in the night. ”

“This property was perfect for my family with 3 kids, five years old and younger. The inside is clean and beautiful with many thoughtful touches. And the outside is serene and spacious, with front and back porches to relax on and watch the kids play. We loved the feeling of being out in the country while having the conveniences of a full kitchen and a thoughtfully furnished space. The owners are wonderful - quick to respond to messages and so kind and considerate! Loved, loved, loved!”

“I traveled to Waco with two friends that had not been to Magnolia Market. Check in Friday was easy. The house looks just like the pictures, very comfortable for the three of us. Our host texted me several times while we were there to check on us. The location of the house made it easy to go to the Market and restaurants and bars that had been recommended to us. “I liked that the property had a lot of room, a huge fireplace (but no fire wood). Was concerned when I opened the microwave and it looked like bbq sauce had exploded inside and hadn't been cleaned. The kitchen didn't have some basics such as a can-opener. Many of the bulbs in the lamps and ceiling lights were burned out. The name of the contact person on our form was not the correct person for this property. ”

“We had a great stay! The location and unit were fantastic—freshly remodeled with nice amenities. It felt modern and well-equipped, which we really appreciated. The stairs might be a bit challenging for older guests, and the beds, while supportive futon-style, could benefit from firmer pillows—just a small note from someone with physical limitations. One minor issue we noticed was that the shower faucet seemed to be reversed (H was cold, C was hot). The unit was a little warm at times, but……
