“The location is central just 10mins walk to the train station and metro. I got assistance and my questions answered very quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast places were nice and delicious. ”

“Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also……

“The location is just perfect, in the middle of it all, right behind Chueca station. The host and her team are awesome!!! It is a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, and you will be renting a room within the apartment with shared space. Not a men only place, but was great. ”

“櫃台人員很友善的介紹景點，每天也都會準備一些小點及咖啡在一樓櫃台附近，覺得很貼心 套房式的房間維持的相當乾淨，家具、床組都保持得很好，住了三天睡起來很舒適。 地理位子很好，晚上吃東西或是逛街都方便。 到處都有暖爐，讓你不管走到哪~都可以很舒服的窩著 唯一的缺點就是離開時趕時間要搭火車，但櫃台服務人員正好在接待一組新客人，等了一陣子讓我們很緊張，這部分~可以多些彈性”

“La mejor opción para quedarte en Madrid, mejor ubicación imposible, te queda todo lo turístico a 5 minutos caminado, hermoso barrio, seguro. Las instalaciones son hermosas, como en la foto, limpio, excelente servicio del personal. Lo único es que hay un nightclub enfrente y los fines de semana puede ser ruidoso, para mi no fue problema porque era un viaje de fiesta, pero si alguien quiere descansar puede ser molesto en fin de semana.”
