The house is cozy and warm and has plenty of sleeping options. I slept on the porch which was particularly delightful. Also, Bread and Puppet is a 15 minute drive away — I’d highly recommend giving them a visit! On the whole, it was so lovely and it was the perfect birthday getaway. ”

The cottage is very comfortable with just enough modern updates. The private beach is shared with the other homes on the road but not crowded. Sandy lake bottom that’s shallow for quite a ways out, great for kids. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. We have already reserved for next year!”

“Knotty Pine Cottage is the perfect escape from the city. The house is wonderful & the hosts have all the amenities you need for your stay. The views from the deck and 2nd floor of the home are spectacular. You can spend time on the pond kayaking, canoeing or dangling your feet in the water while sitting on the sturdy dock. You can also take advantage of the pretty landscape by sitting at the picnic table or at the adorable seating area with firepit the hosts have created. The appeal of the house……
