“It was quiet, charming in a rustic way, Very clean, and with lots of attention from Kris, the on-site property manager. We were right on Lake Willoughby and it was absolutely gorgeous. There's not a lot to do in the area in the fall / winter, but we wanted just to go and relax, and we did that! It was perfect for us. We stayed in cabin number one, the original log cabin, and as one might expect it had a bit of a draft - but fresh air is a good thing when it's offset by a good heating system! The……

“The house was in a great location for exploring the trails both North and South of Colebrook. We sat around the fire pit at night and watched a movie on Netflix one night. We took our kayaks (by car) up the road to Lake Francis and had a nice evening paddle before dinner too. The beds at the house were great and there were plenty of blankets and towels to go around! The house was very clean and up to date. The only item we brought (that I would suggest) is our chairs for around the fire and……

“Tami was a great host. She was an excellent communicator and made sure we were all set up. The cabin was just what we expected and it provided a nice stay. The grounds are quiet and aesthetically pleasing, and there are a lot of cool things to explore nearby.”

“Wonderful property with a great layout. We had 2 families stay for a trip to Santa’s village and had plenty of space for our weekend trip. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for meals and the property was within 10 minutes of some local dining places. Very convenient to Santa’s village. About 5 minutes away. It rained most of our trip so we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and deck furniture, but there were games available and we were able to relax inside. Would stay……

“Small cozy cabin, nice area, a bit loud because is right in front of the main road, bathroom was not clean, i booked 3 Adults and got one cabin with a small bed, unable to rest, reached out host no answer.”

“We had a great time unplugging and connecting with nature. We have been there twice and it a beautiful spot. With trails and a nice waterfall right on the property. had a great time.”

“We were one of the first guests to stay at the property and had a great time. Very clean and modern appliances with comfortable beds. It was maybe 1/4 mile to the main snowmobile trails. Living room space is a little small but the rest of it is great. Definitely recommend.”

“Had everything we needed, quiet and scenic spot to explore the lake, state park, fall color, and northern lights. The porch was a great spot to watch ducks and loons in the morning and sit in the sun. The cabin was well stocked (kitchen items, linens, firewood, games) and was a great spot for a lazy day too. Megan was very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Overall was good, recommend having a dish drainer & toaster and T-stat control for renters, it got cold at night when the temp went down and discovered the t-stat was programmed to 63 at night.”
