“Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike……

“Beautiful, private, peaceful cabin in the woods. The place was spotless, well appointed and welcoming. The views were gorgeous from inside the cabin and out and we loved having morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs on the deck overlooking the mountains. Easy, quick communication with the hosts, who also provided a ton of helpful information about things to do and see in the area prior to our check in. “The property manager is easy to deal with and took care of our questions before we showed up. Accessing the property was straightforward. The property appears to include an original portion and an addition. The original portion includes the kitchen and bathroom, these rooms are somewhat dated (think old school cottage) but certainly adequate. “We enjoyed five days at this lovely modern cabin in Cavendish. We were delighted with the quiet wooded setting and the aesthetically pleasing cabin where everything from building materials to bedding were chosen with care and an eye for quality. We enjoyed the using the complimentary kayaks in Knapp Pond and using the hot tub and fire pit on cool evenings.
