“The Birch Ridge Mountain Lodge exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The entire week was seamless and the property manager's communication was exceptional. They were very accommodating in every way and had everything at the house that our team could possibly need, including large water dispensers with extra jugs so we didn't have to give out hundreds of disposable bottles, a very large TV to use for our presentations/meetings, k cups for the coffee machines, a professionally stocked……

“Stayed here with group of extended family for Middlebury Feb graduation. Location close to snowbowl was perfect. Lots of room in the house and the game room was big plus. Plenty of parking which made life easy for a group coming from all over. ”

“Perfect location from the base. Excellent service at check-in and check-out. Dining experiences left a lot to be desired - service was pretty bad and took a very long time for drinks and food. Wait staff was just rude. Would’ve liked the fitness center to be included and to have daily cleaning service since theirs is no washer/dryer - not enough towels and no one to pick up used towels. Overall a lonely stay and enjoyable experience. ”

“The house was very comfortable for a group of 10 adults. The large living room space with sectional couch allowed us to all spend the evenings together after skiing. It is very close to the mountain. The hosts were very helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. We highly recommend! ”
