“Great location, easy access to the lift especially with the ski valet. Room was great to make our own meals and not have to eat on mountain. The pool and hot tub was great after skiing all day as well. ”

“The Birch Ridge Mountain Lodge exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The entire week was seamless and the property manager's communication was exceptional. They were very accommodating in every way and had everything at the house that our team could possibly need, including large water dispensers with extra jugs so we didn't have to give out hundreds of disposable bottles, a very large TV to use for our presentations/meetings, k cups for the coffee machines, a professionally stocked……

“Great location at the center of village. It wasn't great ski weather while we were there, so the resort wasn't too busy. The room was great, overlooking the pool/hot tubs. My son was able to check it out and then go down and jump in the water. Ski resort was flexible in delaying our ski rental and lift tickets due to the heavy rain, so we still got a couple of productive days skiing”

The hotel staff - from the vallet to the wait staff to the front desk - were accommodating, knowledgeable and so pleasant. We cannot wait to return!”

“Perfect location from the base. Excellent service at check-in and check-out. Dining experiences left a lot to be desired - service was pretty bad and took a very long time for drinks and food. Wait staff was just rude. Would’ve liked the fitness center to be included and to have daily cleaning service since theirs is no washer/dryer - not enough towels and no one to pick up used towels. Overall a lonely stay and enjoyable experience. ”
