“When I wanted to call the hotel to tell them that we arrive late at night, I could not reach the hotel on the phone. There was an automatic voice saying that the call is forwarded, but nothing happened. Neither the phone number provided in the booking, nor the phone numbers on the webpage of the hotel worked.
