“From the time of our booking, through our just completed stay, Owner was gracious, cooperative, responsive and helpful. The property itself was perfect for my wife and I and our two guests. Spacious, large bedrooms and very well stocked kitchen. We lacked for nothing. The guest house was a great option for a little separation, although we didn't need it for this trip. “We booked this property to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday with our two kids and dog. It was perfect in every way, from the communications with Alicia to the location and lovely neighbors, direct access to the beach, space of the home and layout (The views! The deck!), the amenities, cleanliness, all of it! I even got to catch a sunrise when our dog woke up at 620am. We loved it so much we are now considering trying to get a summer home down here!
