“Fabulous doesn't even begin to describe how wonderful our time was at Blue Crab Cottage...the cottage was absolutely perfect for our family of 5, as well as our dog Princess. The views were spectacular...the host was so friendly and helpful...the kids loved chatting with Mr Chris and meeting his dogs, who were the sweetest welcoming committee. We had a great stay, and we hope to come back for another stay during our next trip to MD. ”

“The property and the cottage are just beautiful [very quiet] and incredibly well appointed. The bed is super cozy. There is no kitchen but the coffee station was great to have. Note that the cottage shares the property with the main house. “The location was perfect; you can walk to the beach, stores, restaurants! Chesapeake Beach looks like a scene from Gilmore Girls! 15 minutes from a larger town with more options. 40 minute scenic drive to Annapolis or D. C. The house is small but perfect for 2 people! Be aware that the master bed is a standard size, but the second bedroom has a daybed and pull out bed! The back yard has some insecure spots if you bring a pet, but we used sections of our pet pen to cover those. And no dishwasher,……

“Absolutely the grossest property I've been too. 5 spiders, 1 centipede, 1 dead cockroach. Master bedroom and bathroom both had see through curtains so people could look through. Hair in the sink and wads of hair stuck to the bathroom hinge. Window AC units had gaps in them so bugs could come in without hindrance. Leaves in the ac ducts(how). Couldn’t even cut the grass for before guest arrive. We didn't even stay there. ”

“This home is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect for someone who wants to kayak, fish, boat or swim in the Potomac River. The house boasts three large adult rooms with comfortable beds and ensuite private baths. The Kitchen has ALL the amenities and is well stocked. The bunks in the kids room are tri-level, so larger adults would really struggle but kids will be very comfortable.
