“I cant rave enough about the location. If you are a biology nerd you are going to love this place. Ive never seen so many butterflies and we caught catfish off of the dock. Also if you are a fossil hunter there are some great sites within driving distance. This is the first rental property my friends and I have visited twice.”

“Quaint cottage by the bay. Short walking distance to small beach. Home was clean and had everything we needed. It was just my husband and I so plenty of room. We are older so hill down and back up to beach with a full wagon of chairs etc. was pushing limits but close enough to drive down to drop off and pick up. All and all was a relaxing time. We love this area of the bay! Thanks to our great host for providing this vacation for us. ”

“Absolutely the grossest property I've been too. 5 spiders, 1 centipede, 1 dead cockroach. Master bedroom and bathroom both had see through curtains so people could look through. Hair in the sink and wads of hair stuck to the bathroom hinge. Window AC units had gaps in them so bugs could come in without hindrance. Leaves in the ac ducts(how). Couldn’t even cut the grass for before guest arrive. We didn't even stay there. ”

“This home is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect for someone who wants to kayak, fish, boat or swim in the Potomac River. The house boasts three large adult rooms with comfortable beds and ensuite private baths. The Kitchen has ALL the amenities and is well stocked. The bunks in the kids room are tri-level, so larger adults would really struggle but kids will be very comfortable.
