“It was the most stunning surprise as we walked into this richly decorated, most beautiful home. Check in and communication with the host ensured ease of the process. We took full advantage of the fully equiped home and and kitchen and never left after our arrival as we ate meals in the garden and dinner in the dining room. The beds are so comfortable and the sheets were top quality. We enjoyed the weekend so much we are booking for next year.”

“The house was exceptionally clean and the host was a true delight. Mr. Calvin was extremely helpful when the coffeemaker didn't work. He supplied us with a new one and insisted on providing us with coffee the first morning. He also helped us figure out how to watch the LSU football game. We also enjoyed the animals on the property, particularly the donkey.”

“The house was very clean! Beds and mattresses were very comfortable and clean. (That's a major benefit.) Living room furniture was newer and very comfortable. Drawers were labled in the kitchen and it was very helpful. They were stocked with items you needed. The grounds and area around home were a peaceful and serene. “Charming farmhouse, immaculate, comfortable beds, beautiful antique furniture, peaceful and relaxing setting. Host was very responsive, easy check in with generous check out time. Everything you needed was provided to include firewood for the firepit and thoughtful extras like water bottles, snacks, and a selection of coffee pods.
