“This stay was incredible from start to finish. Staff was communicative as we needed, cooling our luxury platform tent ahead of our arrival and giving specific directions for our contactless check in. A binder with thorough information was inside the tent, explaining the site features, the facility, and the amenities of the area as well as how to obtain various items (tooth brushes, personal items, etc). Inside of the tent felt like a hotel room with an incredibly comfortable King bed. Outside,……

“This hotel was probably my favorite of our vacation. Darlene, the lady that checked us in was so so nice and so helpful. The room was very clean (although kind of on the smaller side), I loved the Dove soaps.. and the breakfast AMAZING! Best part, we didn’t have to rush around because checkout was at noon! 10/10 recommendation!!”

“We enjoyed our stay and if your cooking - no need to bring anything - Fully stocked kitchen. The pool is in walking distance of the home ! Lots of indoor and outdoor games to play for adults and little ones . Wrap around porch with many tables - 2 comfy screened in areas up stairs and down stairs ! If you can't handle making ice from trays - bring your own ! We only stayed for 2 days so we were able to survive .. Berkeley Springs town within 6 miles - has a new restaurant called Vine Trattoria……

“If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful cabin to just go get lost in the world of your significant other, this is the place to go! They’re far enough from the everyday life but still close enough to enjoy all the beauty of their charming city!! The food is to die for and definitely a reason for us to return!! Nothing bad to say at all except they need larger hot water tanks bc when I’m enjoying my wife that includes sharing a shower that we would have preferred not to be rushed out of!! Otherwise……

“This was a great property! Clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Love the screened porch. There was a big field to the side where we did our “camping Olympics” and great for the dog to run around. The creek was good for floating and there were some nice trails. Close to a grocery store but still completely secluded. Quick communication with the host.WiFi was shoddy- but was better if all of us were not on it at the same time- we don’t use it much anyway. . Would be great to have a better……
