“This apartment is roomy and fully appointed. Because of some physical issues we were unable to use the queen bed...it was too high. However, the twin beds were very comfy. The location is just right. So close to the Mohawk Trail, VT border and all the wonderful businesses that revolve around art. “Highly recommend this unit. Not okay was it in a great location and walkable to restaurants and town, it was clean and updated and spacious. The unit is roughly 15 minutes to the ski mountain and was so easy. Everything was great!!”

“I was visiting my granddaughter at Smith during family weekend and the location was perfect, right across the street from Paradise Road, a few minutes walk from her apartment. It’s within easy walking distance of everything on campus and a fairly short walk to town. I didn’t rent a car for this trip and walked from the Northampton Amtrak station with no problem. “Xianxiu, our host, was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. She knows the local area and Smith college. We selected the Maple suite for the value and close proximity to Smith and town - we were with our granddaughter who had scheduled a tour of the Smith campus prior to enrollment later this year. “We just spent Friday and Saturday at this lovely renovated old Mill. There were 5 of us adults over 70. The accommodations were perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It would be an easy place to stay a week. Probably the best equipped home I’ve ever stayed in. There is a lovely enclosed porch next to a babbling creek. The yard is spacious. We ultimately realized that the pool that is mentioned is not on property but across the road at a recreation center. Amanda and Timothy were very responsive.”
