“The house was everything the listing said it was. It was big enough for our group of 9, with room to spare. It was very clean and more amenities than needed. Tony was great. Any questions we had he got right back to us.The downside unfortunately was the other people on the complex. You can hear the noise from outside the pool area and the people above you.Some people just don’t have any consideration for others.”

“The property turned out to be as listed. Great location for golf trip, plenty of options for shopping, food, or night out. Would recommend this location to anyone from family vacation to golf trip with friends.”

“We've stayed at True Blue at various units over the past 10 years. This unit was as described although it's starting to show some wear and tear. We didn't have any issues although after reading through other reviews I can agree with some of the short comings. There is not an over abundance of bath towels. The owner states they use the unit often and they lock their personal things in the bathroom walk in closet and the pantry closet in the kitchen. Inconvenient. Some of the cabinet doors are……

“Condo was spacious and very clean. Neighborhood quiet, easy going (being off -season.). Grocery store nearby. Condo was very comfortable w great porch, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, each having a tub. Kitchen well-appointed. If coming up from south, have to drive a few north of community to check in but process was easy. There is not an elevator for this second floor unit, fyi, but it’s just two short flights of stairs and parking is footsteps away. Condo was very comfortable, spacious,……

“We encountered no communication from VRBO concerning checkout/checkin. We also found palmetto bugs( roaches) . I called Litchfield resorts and they came 24 hrs ltr. The kitchen had no paper towels, dish soap and the silverware was dirty😖”

“The condo was perfect for our quick getaway. Perfectly located near local shopping and dining. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Guest services responded quickly when we couldn’t figure out the TV. Just make sure you know that the property is located inside the Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort and you check in at their front desk. We loved this property and would highly recommend it.”
