First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.”

“Decided to book in a rush so was my bad for giving benefit of the doubt with the 2 reviews posted but PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS ONE. Communication was slow, responses delayed. Our instructions upon arrival were that the door was unlocked, key on the coffee table and the internet was down but the tvs had antennas and Rokus were WiFi enabled. (What?!) “We enjoyed our stay. Clean and inviting. We were visited by nice neighbors including a couple of birds and a mink. Air Conditioner wasn’t cooling when we arrived, but a service tech came out quickly and fixed the issue. Hosts were quick to help and also followed up the next morning. We recommend staying here. ”
