“We love this house. We stay once a year! The host is great!!!!!”

“The house was more than we expected. As we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly neighbors and a serene environment. The living accommodations were readily available for a family of 12. The kitchen included appliances, silverware, and plenty of pots for cooking family meals. Within walking distance, we were able to enjoy the nearby park with plenty of activities for small or older children. We look forward to visiting again, soon. ”

“We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect. As other reviews state, the beds are comfortable and there is no shortage of great pillows which I personally appreciate in a rental or even a hotel. The only negative for the property would be the kitchen - it has just enough but if you’re really wanting to cook while here you may want to factor there isn’t the most supplies. But again, enough! We would stay here again. ”

“Comfortable stay”

“Our family group of 11 adults and 1 child stayed for 5 nights in April. Beautiful home with loovely landscaping backs onto the El Modena open space. There are plenty of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, sauna and gym. Kitchen was huge and well-equipped. Supermarket was just a few minutes away and Disneyland was less than 20 minutes. Property manager was very responsive. We had a lovely stay - would do it again.”

“First this is Newport Beach coast. Great spot if you like the area. It’s a 2 bedroom and that’s what we got. Happy with the place as it looked okay. Not the best Ocean View but we could see it. The AC works. When it is on it is nice. It cools down to the temperature you want and then will take 40/50 minutes to come back on so it gets warm and then finally goes on. I am a bit of a light sleeper. My partner is not. She was not bothered by people in the floor upstairs walking around. But I was.……
